The service was impeccable, the gentleman was friendly and knowledgeable and certainly gained a customer for life. If I could give 10 stars I would, could not fault him at all. Everyone should go to this man! He was happy to answer my million and one questions and show me just how to use my car and the buttons within it. Truely amazing customer service and very happy with the outcome. My car sounds brand new again!

Cannot recommend SNS enough.

When other garages hadn’t even come back to me with a quote or could only tell me that they had availability later in the month for an urgent repair, the part required was ordered and I was booked in to have it fitted with SNS.

Work is fantastic, the car runs as new and the price point was considerably lower than all other quotes received. I won’t hesitate to use SNS for everything that I can going forward – with the added bonus of them coming to you if required!

Ed saved the day!

We broke down en route to Somerset to visit family. Our back box exploded on the A303.

All local garages (including big ones) were saying a week or more to get a replacement with no guarantee.

Ed ordered the part same day (Friday) and came out as soon as it arrived, replacing it into the early evening for us.

He’s an extremely polite and genuine guy too who charges excellent prices for the work. Car is sounding smoother than before now. Would recommend to anyone in the Somerset area!

Edd is the most trustworthy, honest mechanic I’ve ever come across! Rang him on a Thursday afternoon with a wheel nut issue. Edd said he’d pop round straight from his last job at 8pm. He did exactly that (in the rain too) and got the wheel off and put the spare on for me too! He wouldn’t take any money off me as he just wanted to do the decent thing. This man is so polite and good at what he does and deserves every success! I will be using him again and have already pinned his card up in my workplace! Top job and top bloke.

I had just finished work and needed to pick my children up and my car wouldn’t start. Ed came out to me at my workplace and got my car started, turns out the battery had died. He rang to make sure that I got home ok as I had my two young children with me. First thing the next morning he came out and fitted my car with a new battery. Thank you so much.

Ed was extremely professional, polite and explained exactly what the diagnostic would highlight. Explained and reassured myself as I was concerned about my Landrover and put my mind completely at ease. Would highly recommend his services and I will definitely use Ed’s services in the future.

Couldn’t recommend Ed more! Fantastic service from start to finish. Ed came out to me, which was incredibly convenient, and carried out the full service efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear throughout, everything was explained in a way I could understand, and the work was done to a really high standard. Friendly, reliable, and great value for money. I would highly recommend Ed at SNS to anyone who has an issue with their car. His professionalism, patience, problem solving ability and ongoing communication is second to none.

I recently had an issue with my car starting up, where through Ed’s help, I was able to conclude that there was an issue with my fuel pump.

With a new part ordered and installed, problem solved? Problem not solved. The third party who supplied the pump sent a faulty part.

Despite this, Ed was able to resolve the issue and reassure me that, “he would get it working properly”. After investigating and working away he was able to resolve and restore the faulty part.

Very pleased and happy. Will be using his services as and when going forwards.
